WHY MHCID?
- Preparing for future years. MHCID provides an inclusive, interdisciplinary academic community aimed toward highly effective professionals in consumer experience. Graduates of MHCID is going to be prepared for various careers, including consumer experience (UX) research and style, systems analysis, design research, product design, project management software, usability evaluation, web design, and much more. Students will attend intensive, faster in-person classes around the beautiful UCI campus in Oc, Calif., in addition to courses online.
- Real-World Experience. MHCID students solve real-world problems in diverse teams that actually work carefully with this award-winning interdisciplinary faculty. After mastering a variety of key UX skills and subjects, graduates will gain important academic and working experience through our capstone project course. Employed in groups of 4 to 6, students will collaborate by having an industry sponsor to innovate, improve, or modify a brand new or existing human-to-machine technology.
- Versatility and Support. MHCID maintains low student-faculty ratios over the program, with each and every class trained with a faculty member and receiving support from multiple Teaching Assistants. The versatility of distance education enables students to accomplish their coursework on the schedule that fits their professional needs without moving and departing effective career pathways. MHCID students will get access to an extensive selection of networking activities through our extensive alumni network, in addition to our industry and academic advisory boards.
